Privacy Notice

This notice explains how Sehat Jobs collects and uses your personal data when you fill in the qualifying survey on this page, in line with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).

What we collect

• Your answers to the 8 survey questions (RN status, years of experience, department, current workplace, English confidence, what's holding you back, and your path preference)
• Your WhatsApp phone number
• Basic technical information such as the time of submission

Why we collect it

We use this information to check whether you meet the basic eligibility criteria for the USA Registered Nurse Program, and — if you do — to have a Sehat Jobs recruiter contact you by phone or WhatsApp to explain the next steps. If you don't currently meet the criteria, we don't use your information for outreach.

Who sees it

• The Sehat Jobs recruitment team responsible for this program
• The tools we use to run this program internally: our form-processing automation (Make.com), our internal tracking sheet (Google Sheets), and Telegram, which is used only to alert a recruiter that a new eligible applicant needs a call

We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with anyone outside of running this program.

How long we keep it

We keep your submission for as long as needed to evaluate and follow up on your application, and to keep basic records of our recruitment activity. You can ask us to delete it at any time — see below.

Your rights and how to request deletion

Under the PDPA, you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data. To do so, contact us with the WhatsApp number or details you used to submit the form:

Security

This form only submits your answers over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. Access to stored submissions is limited to the Sehat Jobs team members who need it to run this program.
